Apart from the above medical reasons for consuming beer most people think that it assists them to unwind and sleep soundly at night. Beer has plenty of vitamins, minerals, and also antioxidants that could help decrease the process of aging and boost your overall health. There are several people that sip a couple of beers daily without suffering any adverse side effects.    

Remember that the above medical reasons to consume beer are based on moderate to light intake of alcohol. Excessive drinking can in fact raise your risk of such medical conditions and lead to other grave problems such as high blood pressure and liver disease. Ensure that whenever you drink you do so sensibly and never drink and drive.
